thyssenkrupp Infrastructure represent German manufacturer ABI Group who have over 35 years experience in manufacturing for the piling and foundation industry. ABI manufacture the Mobilram-System, a multifunctional and highly mobile piling, extracting and drilling rig.

With the amalgamation of ABI, Banut, Delmag and Interoc, thyssenkrupp Infrastructure is able to offer its customers affordable piling and/or foundation solutions.

The ABI Mobilram TM 11-14 we have in stock can be supplied with piling, extracting and augering attachments and has a usable pile length of 14 metres. Mounted on its own carrier, the Mobilram is a self-propelled unit delivered to site on a low loader. The unit is quick to set up and all attachments are connected and disconnected quickly and safely via a rapid changing device. The Mobilram improves piling efficiency by enabling downward pressure to be applied to the vibro hammer (crowds the hammer) it also allows the operator to align sheet pile, which provides for better driving. A drill can also be attached to the unit to allow for pre drilling in harder soils. The Mobilram is easy to operate and will reduce an operating crew down to two people. Or alternatively we can supply the operator under customers supervision and direction.

BANUT piling rigs are based on over 30 years of construction and application experience. Design features, like the protected mounted winches in the carrier, the extendable counterweights, light construction of the mast and high torsional stiffness, have proven their effectiveness in construction projects.

Since the mid-1960s DELMAG has been producing and developing drilling rigs for the installation of shoring and foundation piles.

A great deal of attention has been paid to an optimal performance with greatest possible reliability and long-life cycle. The existing models are continuously developed and adapted to frequently changing requirements.

The current drilling rigs of the RH design are characterised by high performance with relatively small weight and compact transport dimensions. The parallelogram kinematics allow for short set up times with a high flexibility.

Due to the rugged design, a maximum level of stability is reached.

Further characteristics are:

the use of special carriers with telescopic under carriages,
the use of a reversible winch for the crowd function,
optimized working cycles through the modern hydraulic and electronic control system, perfect positioning of the winches at the leader mast to reduce wear on the cables during the drilling procedure.
